I'm sure we all knew that all along, but for whatever reason we choose to eat that "thing" that triggers our temptation to fulfill that mOooment of satisfaction! That's ok, because we are only human! We are created to attract and we will do whatever it takes to own it! (i'm sure you ladies know what i mean...like that purse you can't wait to own!) Well the next time you are in that moment of temptation, ask yourself 'what good does this for me? ' Now, don't be clever and try to make too many excuses to make your way around. Believe me, I am just the same...=p
